Fee And Lifetime Guarantee Should your organization hire an individual represented by Global Management Consulting, the fee, payable within ten business days of the candidate’s formal acceptance of an offer with your company, will equal twenty five percent (25%) based upon the individual’s first year’s annual income. To demonstrate the confidence we have in our candidate’s longevity with your organization, we offer a comprehensive guarantee, detailed as follows: Should the individual we present subsequently resign or be terminated within a period of ninety days from commencement of their employment, Global Management Consulting will offer a one hundred percent (100%) credit towards their replacement. From their ninetieth through one hundred and eightieth day of employment, the credit towards replacement would be fifty percent (50%) of the original fee and, from one hundred eighty days through one calendar year after their start date, we will offer a twenty five percent (25%) credit. In view of our long-term commitment to you as a preferred Global Management client, we exclusively offer a lifetime credit towards replacement, of fifteen percent (15%), applying to the individual for as long they are employed with your Company.
